Innovation and learning from examples. We always build things with a "fail first" approach, which provides learning opportunities at a personal level and at the organization level as well. Everyone in the team comes up with new ideas to make the product better and then these ideas are properly discussed in the open forum to make a decision.

I would mention the ideology of mgmt. which is to act as true leaders and not 'managers'. Each individual, right from hiring to professional dev. to promotions etc. is cared for and handheld to be a leader, not a manager. This makes a great culture and org. that everyone would love to work with. Also, would like to highlight the speed of reaction/action, to change or any stimuli in the market, which is remarkable, to keep the org. thriving, and possible because of the people factor.
