We believe that we are providing good environment for executives to learn and grow with in the organisation and a good compensation package. We are a medium size auto ancillary - a B2B entity not visible among the general public. Many employees desire to work with big brands. We would like to understand whether this is making people unhappy. Many employees are working for tenures ranging from 1 to 30 years. Some leave within 1 to 3years of joining and some within 3 to 8 years. Employee turnover is more among youngsters. Beyond 8 years employee turnover is very low. We would like to understand whether our assumptions are correct and how to make our organisation a great place to work to retain our employees and make them a happier lot at workplace.
