We annually reach more than 81,000 migrant girls and their families from Bihar, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh and Bengal who now reside in over 87 impoverished slums of Delhi, and enable them with education, skills and government linkages for autonomous adulthood. With our HEART model, which is a unique empathy-based model developed by Protsahan for working with children and adolescents at-risk or who have experienced traumatic events, we strive to break the intergenerational cycle of childhood abuse and poverty with Health, Education, Art interventions for Life Skills Training, Rights, and Technology.
