Roadstar Investment Managers Limited is the Investment Manager of the Trust. Roadstar Infra Investment Trust (the “Roadstar Trust”) is an irrevocable trust set up under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 and registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India as an infrastructure investment trust under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 (Registration Number: IN/InvIT/20-21/0015). Roadstar Trust has a network of approximately 3145 lane kms with a mix of six completed and revenue generating road assets in India of which four are Toll assets and two are Annuity assets across 6 Indian states.
