Management is open to ideas and listen to new ideas and dimensions on doing business. This quality of the management makes this organization very unique for me where i am able to express myself and contribute the growth of the company. Me being Credit underwriter of one vertical is allowed to source business for the other vertical. As a part of my job, i meet several clients and i have found so many opportunities across the industry in many segments, few of the opportunities, i have explained to the management and the other team members, which they have agreed with me and taken up that opportunity and have converted into a profitable venture.
