Recently the organization have been taking a special effort in hiring young graduates, which I feel is a good way to enhance the talent in the company. Since this company has been having a good run in the market from many years, most the employees are the ones who are from day 1 or ones from a very long time. Hiring new guns is a way to make a difference as we won't think and react in the same way as most others.
