Shishu Sarothi Centre for Rehabilitation & Training for Multiple Disability is a registered not for profit organization established in 1987 in Guwahati, and has been actively working in the North-East region, for the rehabilitation of children and young adults with developmental disabilities. With close to three decades of experience and an active shift to a rights-based approach, the organization strides the twin tracks of service delivery and advocacy of rights. The main focus of the services is in the area of early intervention, education, training, and a parallel program works on protection of rights of persons with disabilities.
