Snehalaya, meaning “Home of Love,” was founded in 1989 to support women, children, and LGBTQ+ communities affected by HIV and AIDS, trafficking, sexual violence, and poverty. Based in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, we reach over 15,000 beneficiaries each year. More than an NGO, Snehalaya is a compassionate family that believes no one should stand alone. Through dignity, belonging, and care, we help vulnerable individuals not just survive—but thrive.
