Empowering Rural India, Together Swades Foundation is a community-driven non-profit dedicated to lifting one million people out of poverty every five years in rural India. Guided by the motto “Swa Se Bane Des,” it empowers individuals to drive change. The foundation works through a holistic model covering Water & Sanitation, Health, Education, and Livelihoods. By building community leadership and ownership, and supported by 11,000+ volunteers and 280+ staff, it ensures sustainable, long-term impact at the grassroots level.
