Tata Power-DDL is a joint venture between Tata Power Company Ltd (51%) and the Govt of the NCT of Delhi (49%). The company is recognized for its reliable service delivery, strong operational efficiency, adoption of advanced technologies and has significantly enhanced network reliability, improving system availability index from 70% to 99.80%, and reduced AT&C losses from 53% in 2002 to 5.54% by Mar’25. Tata Power-DDL was awarded Deming Prize 2024, becoming the first power distribution company globally to receive this prestigious honor in recognition of its excellence in TQM. Awarded with A+ rating in Discoms Consumer Service by MoP in FY24, securing 2nd place nationally among top performer.
