United Way Bengaluru is an organisation where i joined as a volunteer way back in May 2016. Took up full time employment from July 2016 and it been a great time since then. For an organisation to provide an opportunity to a Volunteer to rise to the position of a chief executive speaks volumes about the culture. I am extremely conscious to take care we retain the same spirit all through. I must also compliment and also take great pride in the team we have. We have always pushed boundaries which reflects in the way we serve our communities in the last 8 years and the growth we have achieved in terms of our abilities to raise funds, expand geographies, increased team strength, beneficiaries count we have managed to reach. All of these have been upwards of 20X.
