Vuram Hears: This initiative prioritizes the emotional well-being of its people by creating circles of trust and providing multiple channels for mental health support. It aims to provide an opportunity for every employee to be heard, speak out and hear from others in a confidential setting. The initiative includes mentors, leads, internal listeners, and certified counselors as layers of support. Vuram Hears aims to normalize seeking help for mental health and emotional well-being. 

Vuram Upskills: This initiave invests in employees’ growth by offering access to certification courses virtually through SkillSoft (cloud-based learning platform) and certifications for continuous learning and development. WNS-Vuram provides a diverse range of learning opportunities, enabling the employees to advance their careers and upskill at their own convenience and pace. Here the employees are divided into 50 groups of 30 people with similar responsibilities and work experience. A veteran employee heads each group with second, third, and fourth commands.
