Very friendly , flexible approach towards team members. Many a times, if an employee or his/her family members are sick, the employees are encouraged to work from home. We still continue to operate at 3 days in office which gives an opportunity for the team members to WFH . For NOIDA based employees are allowed to work from the company GH located in NOIDA which saves 4 hours of travel every day. It gives lots of opportunity to experiment, make mistakes and learn from it and move forward. The policies are very supportive and gives flexibility to work. Overall it is a great place to work. The culture here is notably humble and accessible. I greatly admire the abundance of trust and absence of micromanagement. Additionally, the management is remarkably receptive, welcoming new ideas .
