To determine which organizations truly reflect the spirit of India’s Best Workplaces for Women and to identify India’s Best Workplaces^TM for Women in the Large & Mid-Sized category, Great Place to Work® India applied an extremely robust methodology.

For each participating organisation an anonymous employee survey is conducted to understand the experience of all employees and an assessment of the practices is separately conducted, through a research-based framework that seeks to understand if the organisation aims to create an gender equitable culture for all employees.

Additional eligibility criteria for all organisations after conducting the above assessment include:

• Women employees constituting at least 10% of the workforce
• Women employees sharing at least 70% positive feedback on the Trust Index© assessment, i.e. Great Place to Work® Institute’s globally- renowned framework used to measure employee experience

Eligible organizations were further assessed on the Workplace experience of women, (Binary) Gender Parity in Experience and Representation across levels.
