This is the only study in the country that captures voices of historically excluded communities (including individuals who identify as women, other gender identities, LGBTIQA+, persons with disabilities, veterans, individuals returning from a career break, individuals from indigenous tribes, and other under-represented minorities in the country). To be eligible for this Study, organisations required to meet the eligibility criteria of:

• Historically excluded groups (HEGs) constituting at least 10% of the overall workforce.
• Accreditation of their Inclusive Practices (awarded once organizations meet at least 50% of the criteria as outlined in the Inclusive Practices Assessment).

Eligible organizations were further assessed on Workplace experience of HEGs, consistency in experience FOR ALL employees and representation of HEGs in the workplace.
