Innovation Portal:
Innovation portal allows an opportunity for employees to share innovative ideas which they feel will lead to a process improvement, cost reduction, or additional revenue. An employee can submit their idea in less than 4 clicks and once the idea is submitted it is assigned by the contest admin to the Innovation Board (a group of cross-functional leaders) to evaluate and decide on. Innovation Board evaluates and decides to either Reject, Implement or Bank (not to implement immediately but keep it for future use). The Employee who submits an idea which is selected to be Banked or Implemented receives a reward. Once the implementation is complete the employee receives a reward basis the impact of the idea which can go up to INR 1,00,000.
ParichayNEXT:
The objective of this initiative is to share a consistent onboarding experience & organizational message with employees across the country. A centralized induction called ‘Parichay’is held quarterly in the corporate office in Gurgaon. All new joiners are invited for this three-day induction. The first two days of this program are dedicated to interactions with the senior leadership team of Amway, where each of them talks about the functions that they manage, how these functions align with the strategy of ‘Amway Next’ or the LRBP of the organization. The new joinee also gets to interact with ABO leaders in the presence of account managers who interviews them.
