Opportunities range from a 30-minute Monthly Growth Challenge and short videos with prompts for activities and self-reflection practices to an eight-week Leadership Essentials Program, where participants gain a new perspective on leadership and how to lead a team. We're always looking at how we can better support the learning needs of individual team members, and how they can pick up new skills and capabilities.

We are a hybrid workplace, and most of our team members come to the office twice a week or work entirely remotely. Our recognition and incentives program commemorates and honours the accomplishments of our team members.
