Spotlight Awards:
Spotlight is a special series of recognitions given to employees who go out of their way to help their colleagues in the same/other functions and inside/outside his/her team. Spotlights have been crafted to ensure that there is a sense of bonding and feeling of one between teams/functions and having the purpose of one ACT. An employee can give a Spotlight to another employee when a colleague ( same or cross-function team) extends help for the work ( Which is outside of their KRA) and can also be given for personal favors.

There are digital signage screens installed across all offices, including the remotest part of the geography where we have our operations. The content is displayed on these screens from a central location. There is a lot of information.
