The CEO's office door is always open to anyone and the branch Leadership spends more time on the floor with the team than in the office. During monthly Branch visits, where 80% of our employees are stationed, leaders make sure they take them out for an informal lunch / dinner where the branch staff is more at ease to speak without hesitation.
