BFIL People Transformation Mission - Career Progression Framework: One of the key differentiators that sets apart BFIL is its ability to provide jobs to the rural, barely educated people. They hire massively 10th pass rural youth and groom them to handle key responsible roles of Field Officers. The hired employees in an age group of 17-21 years are trained to handle a portfolio Rs 1.2 Cr Lacs cumulatively with a customer base of 700 each. Inspiring Illiterate women to transition from thumb impression to Signature.

Compulsory Group Training (CGT) - It is a training program for women to qualify and enrol as members/customers. During this 3-day training program the prospective customers are trained on company processes, interest rate calculation, and how to sign. This initiative of teaching Signature gives every employee the pride of implicitly being part of the National literacy campaign.
