VUCA Training for People Managers: Leaders are finding themselves operating in an environment that is Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA world) and need the right skills and mindset to navigate and respond to the turbulence around them. To help the managers understand, absorb and prepare for this change, "Redefining your own VUCA" leadership series was launched. The series comprised of four modules and the participant went through one class per week. Each session was of two hours and covered aspects that shall enable and prepare them to manage their teams more effectively and prepare them better to deal with unpredictable forces.

Special Pandemic Leave Policy: This initiative was introduced to support employees in case they or any of their family member tests positive for COVID-19. Under this policy, an employee is eligible for leave up to 28 days (including the current medical leave balance as on the day of leave application) and in case of a family member who requires care at home during the recovery, the employee is eligible for up to 14 consecutive days. For self-care, any intermittent holidays/weekend are excluded while calculating the leave days. Employees have been appreciative of this.
