Chalet Hotels Limited (CHL) is an owner, developer and asset manager of high-end hotels in key metro cities in India. Chalet Buzz: This is an internal events group that includes a member of the HR team. This team came into existence so initiating engagement is not limited to just the HR team. Anyone across the company can recommend fun activities or event ideas that iBuzz picks up as an initiative. Meditation Session, Movie Outing, Indoor Games Competition etc… are some initiatives already taken by the team. With voluntary participation, this team, gather suggestions and ideas from across the company and organizes small events like movies, outings etc. and many more engagement initiatives for the team at the corporate office and site locations.

LEAP – Leadership Execution Accelerated Program: LEAP was created with the primary objective to create and nurture a strong leadership cadre, from within the organization that will supplement the pipeline for various leadership roles in the times to come. LEAP is based on a Leadership Development model called the Leadership Speedometer model. This focuses on self-awareness that helps define personal leadership canvas, sharpening an axe to lead teams with a fine-tuned repertoire of managerial skills like effective delegation, providing constructive actionable feedback, handling resistance etc. It also focuses on how leaders excite their followers to deliver exceptional performance.
