There are certain things which are very unique to us. Multiple employees have come back after leaving as culture is a big draw. In my experience, I haven't seen or heard of it for many organizations. There are many employees who have been with the organization for over 5,10 and even15 years which is amazing for a 20-year old firm. The firm treasures its employees and tries to enable growth for them in every possible way. This includes office runners too to grow as per their aspirations.
The organization focus through training and direct conversations, one on one discussions in bringing out the strengths and focusing on them rather than the weaknesses of an employee. This has helped me in being more successful at what I do that I could have imagined. Also, the leaders are easy to approach.
