I am proud to say that I have completed my 4th work Anniversary at Discover Dollar. I truly enjoy coming to work in such a family and friendly work environment. All the folks are refreshingly down to earth, approachable, and caring. It is inspiring to work for company who honestly wants to do right for their customers and employees. It would be easy to work for any company to get the paycheque, but not just any company can create a culture that makes me excited to come to work every day.

Few words I would use to define Discover Dollar are: respectful environment, importance, motivation and safety. It is a place where the firm values the opinions and ideas of the employees and tries to implement them in order to accomplish the intended goals. Along with being enjoyable and showing respect for one another, the organization is a wonderful place to advance one's career. Discover Dollar is a great workplace, where both men's and women's opinions are valued equally.
