From a fresh college graduate to a Senior Software engineer, my journey in EPAM has been filled with learning and growth. Having the opportunity to continuously work in client facing roles, helped me build confidence and I found encouragement to tread new grounds. There has always been a focus on high quality deliverables, that gets reinforced through the culture and initiatives like EngX. All of this collectively has played a huge role in improving my skills and shaping my career.

EPAM ensures an environment with lots of learning and development opportunities, so when we have challenging assignments, we also have the support and means to handle it. In the past few years, I have made the most by collaborating and learning whenever possible, developed domain knowledge of industries I worked for, taken the responsibility to address the client’s needs, and enjoyed the freedom to develop ideas. It has all helped me grow personally and professionally and be the best.
