VOICE - In line with Ericsson’s new business direction, they have recognized that the way they deliver employee engagement surveys needs a more flexible and agile flare. With Voice, they all can give & receive timely and relevant feedback. Since 2018, they conduct a bi-annual employee engagement survey - Voice and it is a very effective mechanism of capturing feedback from employees on what areas they need to improve upon as a unit and Ericsson overall. VOICE is the strongest tool available within the organization to listen to their employees. Despite the pandemic, and everyone working remotely, in October 2020, their employee satisfaction (eSat) score improved by 1 point. There is a strong partnership between People Business Partner and the business units to analyze the VOICE results and prioritize the key areas which need improvement (as heard from the employees). These get communicated to the employees and regular updates get shared with employees on what changes are being brought in and what has been the progress.

ESPOCUL- Activities to Promote Diversity and Inclusiveness: At Ericsson, they believe in creating an environment that is fully engaged, productive, friendly and inclusive.  They have several formal and informal programs to foster this culture.
