If I had to summarize my experience, I would say that the company always acts ethically with their employees from the perspective of behavior, policies, recognizing employees’ efforts, having an open culture, letting employees voice their opinions and grievances (if any). During pandemic, the company did not downsize or implement pay cuts to reduce costs. Prevention of Sexual Harassment at workplace is one of the many policies implemented to create an employee friendly workplace.
