H&R Block prioritizes employees, they provide a environment with work life balance. We are given a reboot week every July, where the company shut downs and employees can take a leisure week. They develop and promote individuals as per their talent. The management is super supportive if we provide an idea and they do encourage employees reaching out to them with creative ideas. I have joined the company as an intern and in-between I had to travel abroad for higher studies. I had to abandon the plan due to a personal emergency, at that time I had joined another company. After a few months, I was convinced that the role there doesnt suit me. At that time I was happily welcomed back to HRB with a senior role. All this definitely makes it a great place to work.

There are many campaigns which run throughout the year for the well-being of the society and awareness of the students towards their careers. H&R Block has a great coordination of the Managers and Associates whether it is related to work or any other issues which are faced by the associates. People can walk to their managers and discuss about the issues they are facing with relation to their work or personal issues. H&R Block has a great work life balance which means you can easily give your time to the company and your family. Implements a 5-day work week and promotes asynchronous communication to reduce the need for constant meetings, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
