Global Podcasts: Global podcasts helped employees in the business group, who are at a junior level working on desktops and hence did not have access to their systems during the early stages of the pandemic, have access to organizational updates and information. While the business was aiming to get everyone operational during the lockdown restrictions, the podcasts ensured that they could stay connected on organizational updates by accessing the podcasts even on their personal devices.
PositiWeTea - Making a tea break meaningful was the thought with which the idea of creating PositiWeTea sessions began. While Knowledge Junction (KJ) provides technical knowledge, “PositiWeTea” was created with a view to stay ahead in personal development. The LPD communications team initiated a series of “PositiWeTea” on the HowTo (video learning platform) which is focused on collecting refreshing and informative thoughts from leaders.
