This is my 4th place of work in my entire career and there are things which are unique and definitely unusual that makes this organization a great place to work. But, to mention one thing, Hilti encourages each one of us to dream and grow in our professional as well as personal life. We are given equal opportunity to grow based on our aspirations, which are valued by the Company. Here we are different from other companies, because all our cross-functions are aligned in such a beautiful manner, that they prepare a proper stairway for us to grow towards our dream. We get inspired from the journeys of so many fellow Hiltians on a daily basis.

The most unique thing about Hilti is that it's one of the few organizations which is purely people centric and also the Company has a clear vision for the future. This is clearly the best organization to work for.
