An often repeated adage goes, “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life”. This is exactly what HSBC has been for me - a job that I love. Coming to work feels like coming home to a cherished family. In my 18-long years in HSBC, I have had numerous career development opportunities, values to look up to, empowerment to do what is right, and above all, great people to interact with and learn from.

What I appreciate most about working in HSBC is, the freedom and encouragement we are given to learn and change without the fear of being judged. I've been here for around five years and always had the opportunity to move across domains and technologies. Outside of deliveries, being able to contribute to various initiatives has also led to wonderful exchanges and a good network of contacts to rely on. It’s refreshing to work for a company that truly cares about its employees.
