- Product, Product development and product operations: Engineering, Data Science, Platform Operations, Product Management and Product Inception. Continuous (further) development of our Software-as-a-Service solutions with a modern tech stack, as well as providing a robust cloud infrastructure. Active steering and further development of our Product Vision & Product Roadmap, as well as active Product Management.
- Sales: Acquisition of new customers and expanding/maintaining our partner base: sales, sales development and partner management and accompanying prospective customers with product demos and test phases through the sales process until the contract is signed.
- Customer Success: Establishing and expanding customer relationships and ensuring successful use of the solution by the customer: Customer Success Management, Customer Success Engineering, Customer Support, Professional Services and Sales Engineering: Continuous support of existing customers throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Marketing: Generation of prospects and strategic positioning of the product with relevant target groups and customers: Content Marketing, Demand Generation and Product Marketing: Management of product and event marketing, as well as all PR activities
- General & Administration: Cross-sectional functions with overarching influence: Human Resources, Finance, Assistance & Office Management, Internal IT, Legal and Compliance: These teams are the backbone of the company and are responsible for the growth of LeanIX.
