Goal Planning workshops - The Goal planning workshops in Lennox are a bottom-up approach where the goals are not cascaded down traditionally but through this forum, the employees get an opportunity to discuss and brainstorm and add a couple of team goals that will go into the overall organizational/ Departmental goals. This exercise helps employees suggest newer ideas and through this, the buy-in at the ground level has been observed to be stronger.
Lockdown Learning Series -The focus of ‘Lockdown Learning’ was to provide employees sessions on what is happening around the world and how they can better manage the change, work, and personal life during the lockdown days. This series was introduced with the session “How do we effectively work from home” followed by various sessions with doctors on busting myths around COVID-19, how to tackle this pandemic, topics on how to be safe, effective working, mental wellness, health & wellbeing. These sessions were welcomed by the employees across Lennox. All these sessions garnered positive response especially the ones on “Busting the Myths around Covid,” “How does one stay safe during Covid times” and “Ergonomics while working from home.”
