My Hello to Kindness:
My Hello to Kindness was launched wherein inspiring stories of the employees engaged in philanthropic activities during this pandemic was shared. These were stories which were about the efforts made by employees in their personal lives. The campaign was promoted internally via emails and Modicare’s Whatsapp group. The stories were also shared both on mail and on what’s app group. The inspiring stories of Modicare employees talked in length about how the ultimate purpose of the organization has blended into the personal lives of our employees.
