“Pension Adalat” - This was initiated to address Pension related grievances/issues of its retired employees/nominees of deceased employees. Recently the Pension Adalat was held virtually on 22nd January 2021 through MS Team, which was well received and appreciated by the retired employees/nominees of deceased employees. All issues raised in the said Adalat has been successfully disposed of except one case which is under process and likely to be settled shortly.
Power Setu App - In order to facilitate seamless and expeditious settlement of medical claims of the retired employees and nominees of the deceased employees, the erstwhile manual process of settlement of Medical Claims was moved online in the year 2018. This enabled greater transparency and responsibility in the settlement of claims. Further, it also ensured that the basic, essential benefit of medical services became accessible to them from the comfort of their house. Further, to facilitate former employees to access their Post-Retirement Medical benefits a mobile App namely “POWER SETU” has been developed in-house by their IT/ERP Team.
