Best Buddy/Culture Champion Appreciation: Buddies take complete ownership of making the New Quant settle it comfortably in their initial days. Thanks to their Culture Champions a.k.a. Buddies that they are there to take them through the premises, accompany them for lunches and tea breaks and introduce them to other team members in the organization. And this time around they had to go through all of this virtually. This helps the new Quant to become pals with the Buddies team members as well.
