This is first of a kind in the industry.2. The on-boarding process is super good, and connects with each cross-sectional entity in the organization. In my 25 years of professional journey, I had this experience only the second time.

Achievements are celebrated in the workplace for the work of each employee. Special sessions/events are arranged to keep people engaged. Good performance and feedback are shared in the one-on-one sessions with senior managers. People are always welcome to share their thoughts and ideas to improve a process or product.
