In order to encourage and support employees to continue investing in their professional development plan during these unique and challenging times, most trainings were converted to virtual programs and were optimized
for online learning success. The team designed & delivered the ‘Doing Business in Covid-19’ training classes to all the sales team members with help of a regional sales delivery specialist to help them adopt to the NEW NORMAL in a smooth manner.

The HR team connected with all employees across all functions by calling them one-on-one to check on employees & their family well-being. This helped to have a personal touch with employees and hear how they are accommodating, their lives around WFH set-up and if they need any further support.
