Lockdown Learnings: Lockdown Learnings was one of the most crucial learning-engagement activities that were conducted during the lockdown. The initiative which was fuelled by and for their employees witnessed a blend of knowledge-sharing and leadership learning sessions, wellness/fitness workshops, and a bonus Friday evening happy hour session every week. This was their attempt to engage and to also, enable and motivate their employees to continue developing their knowledge on their job role and various other matters. These sessions were also a great way for their employees to share their own bundles of knowledge, skills, and passions with each other. This ultimately induced a sense of team spirit even when there was limited physical contact with each of their teams.

#SavillsShabash: Savills Shabaash is an appreciation initiative at Savills India.
