Sikshana Foundation was started in 2003 by a group of professionals to improve the quality of education delivered by the public school system. Over the years we have worked with various government institutions to help improve the quality of services rendered. The first decade of the foundation was spent on developing a model to improve learning outcomes in primary schools and the program named “Prerana” has since been adopted by the Karnataka Education department since 2018. While several pilots are being conducted to address the NEP 2020 expectations with the education department, the foundation’s flagship program is the GDP Program.
