Sales - Think-a-thon: Tata Communications continue to inspire their employees to think out of the box and solve a real-life problem. They launched an innovation platform called “Think-a-thon” under Shape the Future for their Sales group. This initiative focused on our customer-facing teams to post our customers' unmet needs & emerging use cases (“Problem Statements”). These Problem Statements depending upon the complexities and cross-functional nature will be shared with the relevant teams for review and discussion. The Problem Statements that require considerable innovation or do not have an existing solution or is not a part of the Product Roadmap (“Product Roadmap”) would be shortlisted for STF Sprints to build or incubate solutions (“Ideation”).
