Third Eye is truly an organisation that lets people make the place. The amount of trust and confidence given to each member really allows people to maximize their potential and grow in ways that are beyond expectation. When I joined, I already knew I was a competent researcher, but the ways in which I have been given the space and encouragement to explore and expand my horizons have been truly unique. The organisation catered to my strengths, and spoke back to my interests, giving my rewarding projects and allowing me to build my own base of experience, while ensuring that my fundamentals were in place. As a new joinee, the best way to learn is often by making mistakes and the organisation understands and designs for that; not limiting what I did, but by trusting me to do better next time
