The People Inspired Leadership Series (PILS): This year as a part of the UKG integration The People Inspired Leadership Series (PILS) was introduced to provide a leadership development experience for all people leaders across legacy Ultimate and legacy Kronos. It’s a 6-month program designed to inspire and motivate during a tremendous time of growth for their combined company. Think less leadership program and more rolling virtual leadership conference. Each month the series highlights one of five key themes (building trust, creating belonging, demonstrating agility, navigating conflict, and leading change) derived from multiple sources, including culture surveys, current business conditions, key stakeholder input, and merger integration goals.
Heart-to-Heart Coffee Connect Series: Heart-to-Heart Coffee Connect series were rolled out during the Lockdown giving platform to women to share their challenges and best practices inside /outside the organisation. Leaders Talk was also organized which included a one-hour Webinar “How to better communicate with management through presentations” by their VP of Engineering. It has been a great experience listening to all and learning how each one of them is overcoming challenges and sharing coping strategies.
