1. The best thing about our organisation is that there has never been any barrier related to age, religion, region, gender etc. Performers never go unnoticed. My promotion is one of the examples that I would like to share here apart from folks who worked with me and are now handling key responsibilities in the organisation. Management's trust in its employees in another reason which makes UL a great place to work apart from freedom to work and share views. 2.
