This is very old organization which is in operations that too maintaining its quality consistency. Generally not a single organization is in operation for such a long period, most are either closed down. This is unique example. So many employee families have worked in this organization generation after generation. This suggests good social bonding of organization. This is really admirable. Location of the factory is so unique, on the east there is holy Hooghly River and on West historic Grant trunk road. Factory premises is beautifully decorated with plants. The huge more than 100 years old trees and monumental buildings were well maintained by the organization, this reflects the management's concern towards environment.
