Youth4jobs works towards educating and employment for persons with disabilities. It focuses on training the youth and placing them in jobs. Youth4jobs vision is that every person with disability should be poverty-free. The path to achieve this is linking them to jobs and micro enterprises. Underlying this vision is a belief in the ability of the disabled. Our role is to make this latent ability manifest to companies, colleges, and community at large. This vision is in sync with the UNCRPD which states, “Nothing for the disabled without the disabled” and no one should be left behind.
