Methodology
Great Place To Work® invites applications from organizations to be assessed and evaluated for being considered among India’s Best Workplaces™ in Health & Wellness. We started our wellness practice with the vision of Making India a Healthy Place to Work For All™.
We are glad to inform you that our last year’s annual research represents the voice of more than 8.94 lac employees across 18 industries on the Workplace Wellness Index™- the benchmark for India Inc. to create a culture fostering holistic wellbeing. This year, it is the 3rd edition of the recognition.
The cumulative score of the employee feedback and practices for workplace wellness of the organization determines an organization’s place in the Best Workplaces list. There is no jury or manual intervention in the process to identify the Best Workplaces. The organizations are evaluated through two lenses.

Based on a comprehensive and rigorous assessment, Great Place To Work has identified ‘India’s 40 Best Workplaces in Health and Wellness, where the organizations have well-designed practices for workplace wellness, and the employees have also validated their experience of a psychologically and emotionally healthy workplace environment. The list is published as Top 10 followed by Top 11 to 40 in alphabetical order.
